Since 2008, Cassie Parker has added a personal touch and a welcomed smile to the claims process at Alford & Associates. Hired as a receptionist, Cassie was quickly promoted to her current role as claims analyst. It’s no secret that claims can be difficult to navigate. Cassie makes sure the process runs smoothly by working with carriers to ensure claims are processed correctly and payments are made as quickly as possible.
Cassie handles all life and disability claims from start to finish, communicating directly with the employees of her clients to help with claims issues.
Cassie has an uncanny ability to find the light in any situation, which she attributes to experiencing the resilience of her Southern Louisiana roots. When she’s not shining that light on our clients, she concentrates her passion to help animal welfare, civil rights, eliminating hunger, stopping human trafficking, bullying and suicide prevention for our military members and our children.
Ms. Parker is also committed to her family and loves spending time fishing and camping with her boys, enjoying family cookouts and exploring new destinations. She is a certified dance instructor and graduate of H.L. Bourgeois High School.
