For more than half a decade, Erica Bourgeois has enjoyed helping clients. First as an administrative assistant and now as an account representative. You might say this place is in her blood. Her mom and brother both works here. It was her mom’s hard work and dedication that made Erica want to call Alford & Associates home.
To call Erica organized, dedicated, and outgoing is an understatement.
From reaching out to insurance groups to working with quotes and other aspects of client accounts, Erica is committed to assisting each of her clients with their specific needs. She’s constantly solving billing issues, answering compliance questions and keeping members satisfied. Good thing her deepest passion is helping people. Outside of work, her helping nature extends to the Women’s Business Alliance and Houma Women’s Republican Committee.
Erica spends a lot of time with family and enjoys dinner and live music with friends. Although she’s just as content to stay home with her husband, two dogs and a good book. She is a 2013 graduate of Terrebonne High School and a 2017 graduate of LE. Fletcher Technical Community College. She holds an associate degree in General Studies.
