With more than 35 years in the insurance industry, Tony Alford brings experience and expertise to the customers he serves. One of the original founders of the firm that has grown to become Alford & Associates Insurance Services LLC, Tony has worked consistently to provide businesses with a range of insurance products and customized employee benefits packages designed to help them retain and recruit quality employees. Excellent customer service is at the core of his business ethic, and he works to instill this value in all his employees.
In addition to founding Alford & Associates, Tony has been a business leader in other areas, helping to form P3 Global Personnel LLC, Alford Safety Services, Inc., and numerous other companies.
While Tony Alford is dedicated to his business endeavors and the clients they serve, making a difference in his community is also a top priority. For the past 17 years Tony has served as president of the Terrebonne Levee and Conservation District, which helps to build flood protection for the parishes of Terrebonne, Lafourche, and St. Mary. He founded the group Concerned Citizens for the Community and served as its president for two years. He is a past president and a current member of the South Central Industrial Association and is a member of the Offshore Marine Service Association and the Houma-Terrebonne Chamber of Commerce.
Mr. Alford also enjoys spending time with his family, as well as hunting and fishing. Born and raised in Houma, he is a 1982 graduate of Terrebonne High School and attended Louisiana State University in Baton Rouge.
