Since 2019, Caroline Triche has been helping HR leaders with day-to-day questions on employees, insurance, government related issues, insurance cards, and myriad miscellaneous questions. As an account representative, she addresses any and all issues her clients and their members might have and stays on top of them until they’re resolved.
Caroline’s dedication, reliability and meticulous attention to detail drives her to constantly go above and beyond for her clients.
Professionally, Caroline enjoys being an asset to Alford & Associates, being innovative and learning new products and platforms which may help her clients. Outside of work, she is passionate about cancer research and suicide prevention.
Maintaining a healthy work/life balance is also important to Caroline. When not at the office, you’ll find her spending time with her daughter, playing cards or trivia, or watching football. Caroline is a 2007 graduate of Nicholls State University.
