Diane Lofton brings over 23 years of human resources and employee benefits experience to her clients at Alford & Associates. In fact, she credits her former HR experience for the success she’s found as an account representative here.

Diane’s passion for helping others extends beyond her time at Alford & Associates. She currently serves as secretary for TOPS Club, Inc Chapter LA9325, a non-profit organization that supports its members in leading healthier, more active lives. She has also spent many hours over the years volunteering at a local food bank, God’s Heavenly Lunch box, and even taught pre-school at Vision Christian Center for seven years.
When she finds time to focus on herself, Diane loves to travel and experience other cultures – although she’ll be the first to tell you she’s blessed to be born a Cajun girl from South Louisiana. She and her husband, Mike, have a teenage son, and they all enjoy spending time at their second home in the middle of the Homochitto National Forest in Mississippi.
