For more than 27 years, Priscilla Larpenter has been diffusing issues before they become major problems for the clients of Alford & Associates. As both an insurance agent and office manager, Priscilla has a lot on her plate, including managing personnel and new client accounts. Her problem-solving and mediating skills help the company run more efficiently on a daily basis and benefit clients and members as they navigate open enrollments and life issues.
