In 1998, Shauna Liner found herself at a personal crossroads. She joined Alford & Associates as a receptionist simply to make money while she decided her next move. Nearly 25 years later, she’s still here, managing monthly billing, facilitating annual group enrollment processes and maintaining constant employee status updates for approximately 200 clients. And she does it all with the kind of pure smile that comes from knowing she’s doing what she’s meant to do.
Shauna always strives to improve herself and the work that she does and can stay on top of our client’s needs thanks to her encyclopedic knowledge and amazing organizational and time-management skills.
Outside of the office, Shauna believes in paying it forward. She volunteers for local animal rescue organizations, fostering and training animals. She also enjoys traveling, hunting and fishing, and spending time with family.
When not hustling for her clients, Shauna likes to slow down by camping, spending time with family and friends, and attending live music festivals. She is a 1997 graduate of Terrebonne High School.
